Gluten Free Macadamia Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups castor sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 250g butter, Melted or 100ml Macadamia Oil
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 150g Macadamia Flour Mix (Gluten Free)
  • 200g unsalted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • Icing sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 170° c. 

Whisk together sugar, coca, butter, eggs and vanilla until combined.

Fold in the Macadamia Flour Mix, add the nuts folding through the mixture evenly.

Spoon into a 24cm square cake tin lined with baking paper and bake for 30-35 minutes.

The mixture should still cling slightly to a skewer when tested. Cool brownie in the tin. Cut into squares, dust with icing sugar & serve.

Makes approx 16 pieces.
