4 Large flounder
50g Macadamia Lemon Kelp Sprinkle
1 Lemon
Macadamia oil
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Lightly coat each flounder with macadamia oil on the underside (white side) then apply 1 tablespoon of Macadamia Lemon kelp Sprinkle per fish.
Place in a baking dish and cook for 10 minutes.
Lastly place flounder under a hot grill for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately with green salad or steamed vegetables & a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
