Macadamia Pomegranate Pesto
Ingredients
- 75g chopped Macadamia nuts
- 75g macadamia meal or finely processed nuts
- 50g fresh coriander
- 70g red onion
- ½ tsp chilli paste or one chopped fresh chilli
- 80mls macadamia oil
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses ( Sabato )
Method
Place onion,chilli,coriander,lime juice ,pomegranate molasses and macadamia nuts in the food processor.
Slowly add macadamia oil,till just all mixed.
NB : Serve with mussels or seafood,chicken or pasta
